This is not a ‘Game Dev 101 course’, this is a project to allow a team to experience how to work on a game development project for 9 weeks. People will be counting on you to do your part.
I value consistency and communication. Putting in effort a little every day/week is more important than doing all at the end of deadlines. Communicating with your team often will be integral to the team's success.
Have respect for your leads and your team, no matter who they are. This shouldn’t have to be explained.
If any of these expectations are a problem, this is DEFINITELY NOT the team for you.
If there’s an issue about anything, contact any of our leads or the INIT Build Leads and they will handle it.
